西湖国宾馆的中餐厅在酒店8号楼一层，西湖醋鱼调味很好，一点没有这道菜常见的泥腥气，杨梅酒河虾也是甜蜜蜜的杨梅酒很适口，大家都推荐的松茸饭我倒是觉得一般吧 ，咸肉豆瓣酥喜欢，总体不错，环境服务都好，就是觉得服务费过高了。
